2026 fee schedule (posted 2026-06-15): non-owner daily ride $28 + tax, day-ride plate $5 + tax, non-owner pad fee $30/day + tax (incl. $5 plate), non-owner daily guest fee 18+ $15 + tax; non-owner camping/usage $15/day (earlier note). Proof of ownership required for non-state-licensed units. Cabins $45-$204/night. Membership: $4,500 deed (2 adults) + $31 recording, $64/month maintenance, 30 free camping nights/yr, $50/yr ATV/UTV registration.

Rules

Guests ride only when registered at the gatehouse under a sponsoring owner-member who must be on the ranch the whole time. Guest limits: immediate family up to 3 visits/yr (max 7 days each); other guests up to 2 visits/yr (max 7 days each); '3-hour rule' allows a free visit up to 3 hrs (max 1 per 24 hrs, 3 per month). Valid ID required for everyone 18+. No guest pads in the 5 days before Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Halloween.
